Work with us

For us, responsibility is a mindset.

We don't offer a typical career path. We work on issues that matter. Together.

That's how we think.

Working with ANKORA42 doesn’t follow a traditional model. There are no career ladders, no strictly defined roles, and no standardized entry paths. What matters is your contribution—your ability to think independently in complex situations, communicate clearly, and take responsibility.

Your background is secondary. Whether you’re just finishing high school, in college, have completed an apprenticeship, or are looking for a new direction: what matters is who you are, what you bring to the table, and how you think.

Find a connection.

Are you looking for a role with responsibility? Even in areas where you don’t yet have full expertise? Do you assess situations before taking action? And do you have a good sense of what’s relevant and what isn’t? Have you already worked with AI and realized that an LLM is more than just a tool for generating answers? – Then you’ve come to the right place.

Where are you right now?

I'm still getting my bearings.

You’re not quite sure where your path will take you. That’s not a problem. What matters is your willingness to try new things and your desire to understand how work really works. You’ll gain insight into real-world projects, see how decisions are made, and have the chance to explore what suits you best without having to commit too early.

I'm a student.

You don’t just want theory. You want to understand how things fit together in practice. You’ll work on specific problems—not in isolation, but within the context of companies, systems, and decisions. It’s not about simply following instructions; it’s about thinking for yourself and making contributions that matter.

I'm starting my career.

You’ve learned how things work. Now you want to see how they play out in practice. You won’t be slotted into a fixed role, but rather into an environment that’s geared toward real-world challenges. You’ll take on responsibility early on.

I have experience.

You understand structures, processes, and their limitations. And you’re looking for an environment where you can make a bigger impact. With greater clarity. Greater effectiveness. This isn’t about who’s responsible for what. It’s about assessing situations, structuring them, and turning them into actionable plans.

Fast. Focused. Effective.

After one or two meetings, we’ll know where you stand and what matters most next. You’ll get a clear picture and initial ideas—not in weeks, but in days.

Your next step:

What does "Structure. Precision. Leadership." mean?

For us, this is more than just a slogan. It is the guiding principle that shapes everything we do and helps us serve our clients every day.

Structure.

separates facts from assumptions and provides an objective perspective. It makes problems tangible before a decision can be made.

Precision.

means thinking the second step through while others are still on the first. We create room for action instead of getting bogged down in theory, so that solutions actually work in the real-world business environment.

Leadership.

means having a clear understanding of where you stand. So you can move forward from there.

Getting started.

Before you start working with us, we’ll already have gotten to know you a little. Together, we’ll identify a role that suits you and that aligns with where your support is most needed. We adapt dynamically to our environment. That’s why your responsibilities will also evolve over time. The focus will shift, and you’ll grow along with it.

AI, Systems & Control

We have been supporting companies in their use of artificial intelligence for years. We are actively involved in its implementation, not merely observing. AI is an integral part of our processes—controllable, transparent, and fully integrated. We create structures that ensure decisions are not lost in the process and prevent responsibility from shifting unnoticed to AI systems. In doing so, we work at the intersection of C-suite leadership, management, business units, and technology. We ensure that this collaboration functions seamlessly.

If the client requests it.

Some projects require specific skills, which we incorporate as needed. When this is the case, we refer to the following profiles. These are not job postings, but rather a guide to the skills that are frequently needed in our field. All job titles apply equally to all genders and backgrounds (m/f/d).

AI Engineer / AI Systems Developer

Design, integration, and operation of AI systems in an enterprise environment. Focuses on operational system management rather than model development. Understands architecture, interfaces, monitoring, and governance. Can integrate AI systems into existing processes and ensure they are controllable. Relevance: Required profile for AI control mandates. Translates control logic into operational reality.

AI Governance Analyst

Assessment of AI systems against regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, ISO 42001) and internal governance standards. Capable of determining risk categories, documenting compliance gaps, and developing control frameworks. Relevance: Complementary profile for AI control mandates with a compliance dimension. Relieves operational management of the burden of in-depth regulatory compliance.

Business Analyst

Structured collection and analysis of requirements, processes, and systems. Able to bridge the gap between business perspectives and technical implementation. Experience in requirements documentation, gap analysis, and interface clarification. Relevance: Support profile for Structure projects and initial development phases in which requirements must be independently reviewed prior to implementation.

Commercial Assistant / Bookkeeping Clerk

Entering documents, assigning accounts, preparing payments, and coordinating with the tax advisor. Anyone working here understands basic business principles, works meticulously and reliably, and is familiar with standard tools. No double-entry bookkeeping—but the records must be in a state where an external advisor can pick up where we left off immediately.

IT/Organizational Architect (Interim)

Assessment and redesign of IT and organizational architectures under real-world operational pressure. Capable of evaluating existing structures, identifying courses of action, and preparing operational decisions. Not a conceptualizer, but a hands-on practitioner. Relevance: Specialized profile for IT turnaround and restructuring engagements. Complements the ANKORA42 leadership team with technical depth.

Office & Operations Manager

The organizational hub of a small, agile team. Keeps operations running smoothly: correspondence, scheduling, filing, travel arrangements, and all kinds of preparatory tasks. But capable of more than just administration—creates presentations with a deep understanding of the content to be communicated and contributes ideas when drafting documents for clients or internal use. The classic profile: organizational strength combined with an eye for content and impact.

PMO Specialist

Establishment and operation of program management structures. Reporting, tracking, escalation logic, documentation. Capable of building a PMO from the ground up or taking over an existing one and making it robust. Relevance: Support profile for larger projects. Relieves senior management of operational management tasks.

(Senior) Project Manager / Program Manager

Management of complex programs involving multiple workstreams, external partners, and stakeholder levels. Experience with large-scale programs, ideally with a background in restructuring or transformation. Understanding of the dynamics between the lead integrator and an independent steering body. Relevance: Core profile for program health check engagements and all situations in which ANKORA42 acts as a control tower.
